I den delegerade akten till EUs taxonomiförordning specificeras att en byggnad byggd före 31 december 2020 väsentligen bidrar till begränsningen av klimatförändringar om byggnaden är bland de 15 procent bästa i det nationella eller regionala byggnadsbeståndet uttryckt i primärenergi. I föreliggande studie har det analyserats vid vilket primärenergital gränsen går för att en byggnad ska tillhöra de femton procent bästa byggnaderna i Sverige.

På uppdrag av Fastighetsägarna Sverige har vi tagit fram uppgifter om vilka byggnader som räknas som de 15 procent bästa i Energiprestanda i enlighet med definitionen i EUs taxonomiförordning.
